1. After accessing the website, click ‘REGISTER’.
2. Please enter your name (first name - last name), email address, and a mobile phone number where you can be reached.
When entering your name, please write it in English (as it appears on your passport) to ensure a smooth account opening process.

3. Please click '+Upload' and follow the step-by-step instructions to proceed.
4. Please answer the questions to understand your investment tendencies.

6. Please upload your ID/Proof of Address document.
Select one of your resident registration card or driver's license (attach both front and back)
For documents with front and back sides, such as your resident registration card or driver's license, please upload both sides!
If you wish to upload documents later, please click “Or upload documents in the customer area.”
* This is a procedure to verify the customer’s identity in accordance with the guidelines of financial regulatory authorities. If the ID’s numbers are obscured or any part of the ID is damaged, approval will not be possible.
7. How to log in

You've completed all the steps to open an Infinox account.
Click the “Login” button on the top right corner of http://infinox.com/
You can log in using the email address and password you registered with, and check the trading account issued to you at the top left of the portal.
(Your trading account password is different from your customer portal login password.
A temporary password will be sent to your email.)
Account approval is granted within 1-2 business days on average after review after registration.
* Please note that trading is not possible before approval, and deposits are limited to $2,000.
Once your account is approved, trading will be possible, and your deposit limit will be increased to unlimited.
